By accessing our page, you declare that all the data you provide us with, whether they are mandatory to provide the service or information, or voluntary data when you wish to collaborate with us, make a comment on our blogs or participate in our requests, are true and correct; that is, they respond to your real situation. a) Answering user’s information requests. If you send us a request for information, we will treat your data with the aim of receiving, managing, processing and answering the queries and requests for information that you send us through the web contact means or sent to our offices and delegations.

d) Collaborate actively through a donation or become a member of the CINDE Foundation. If you access our form and fill in your details, the information provided will be treated for the purpose of economic, accounting, fiscal and administrative management of CINDE Foundation members and donors.

e) Application to participate in the international volunteer program. By filling in our form, your data will be sent to us in order to start the selection process. If selected, your data will be used to start the training process, contract the volunteer insurance, organize your trip to the field with the counterpart and keep you informed of the activities and projects of the CINDE Foundation.

f) Other activities organized by the CINDE Foundation You can collaborate and participate in actions organized and/or promoted by the Foundation, providing the data requested in the corresponding forms and for the purposes expressly indicated therein.

By sending us a query or request for information through the contact email, you are giving us your consent, conscious and express, to process the data provided to CINDE Foundation. How and where is the information shared?

CINDE Foundation expressly informs that in the cases in which it collaborates or participates in certain actions (Solidarity Events, Volunteering, Partners and Donations, etc.), we will proceed to transfer your data to the organizations and administrations, banks and other collaborating entities in accordance with the current legal regulations and for the corporate management of the information.

The CINDE Foundation attaches great importance to the security of all information and personal data we process. Unfortunately, the transmission of information through the Internet is not completely safe; therefore, we make efforts and allocate resources to improve our page every day and make the functionalities available to you more secure (The https functionality has been implemented in the forms in order to protect the economic and financial data with SSL encryption tools).
